Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)
Job Description
Responsibilities fall under three Categories:
Sales:
- Initiate interaction with prospective clients to generate sales leads via (Cold Calls, emails, and online meetings).
- Build prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-ups to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Analyze requests, answer queries, and prepare quotes.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by identifying and selling services/products.
Marketing:
- Ensure a proper mailing list segmentation, followers, and the target audience, and A/B test to experiment to enhance the email campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in (languages related, Marketing or sales academic study is preferred).
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- 2:3 Years of Sales related experience.
- B2B sales experience (preferred).
- Translation & localization industry experience. (preferred)
- MS Windows and Microsoft basic skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Internet Usage).

Project Coordinator
Job Description
- Manages projects from beginning to end, working closely with language specialists, internal business partners and external vendors and other departments.
- Managing time, budget, resources and quality control.
- Provides project specific education and coaching to Localization staff.
- Creates and controls localization project budgets, ensures timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices and approves work reports.
- Identifies and solves localization issues or disagreements, whether system or product, identifies causes and performs corrective/preventative action.
Job Requirements
- University Degree.
- Experience in any professional environment (preferred)
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must.
- Business writing & communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Independence in carrying out assigned tasks.

Vendor Coordinator
Job Description
- Sourcing and selecting vendors
- Negotiating contracts/agreements
- Processing purchase orders and invoices
- Monitoring vendor performance
- Provide training for Vendors
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Resolving vendor issues
- Maintaining accurate vendor records
Job Requirements
- University Degree (languages related is preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in any field
- HR Recruitment background is a plus.
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent/Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
- Problem solving, team player, eagerness to learn technologies and tools

Arabic Translation Manager
Job Description
- Hiring in-house Translators
- Monitoring Performance and appraising team members
- Training new translators.
- Evaluating team members and providing assistance and guidance for them.
- Guarantee the highest levels of quality are met.
- Reviewing, updating, and Maintaining clients’ documentation
- Attend to feedback and make sure all issues are resolved to Customers’ satisfaction
- Ensure high levels of productivity are maintained.
- Reviewing translated tasks with an outstanding level of quality and style.
Job Requirements
- Experience in managing a small team (preferred).
- Experience working as an English-to-Arabic translator and reviewer is a must.
- Highly organized and diligent.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
